Steps:
1. Before the patch 4.5 update you could add people to your block list by entering their name. Now you cannot! The add button which was at the button of the UI has gone!
2. Sometimes you want to block someone who isn't in the chat log. Usually if there was someone I would search their name and then add them via that block feature.
3. Can't seem to right click them and block as well.

Click their name in the chat log or on their person and select add to blacklist?
Lots, if not all name based text commands are no longer functioning. It seems it's by design.

If you have recently partied with them, you should still be able to block them via the Contacts menu.
