It's likely a new cash shop mount, they are added to the files first and then at some point they decide to sell it, it can be months from now.

95% sure its achievement vendor

From what I've heard, it's been confirmed MogStation.

This could be the best mount yet, if it is indeed real!

Why is everyone assuming the achievement vendor to get a mount? Afaik, they only said they'll add a new reward. Could be a minion for all we know.

We're being hopeful. To be fair, about the one thing they did add to that vendor was a mount. Not unprecedented.
