Some Patch 4.5 changes and additions

Also, the crafted i380 can now be upgraded to i390 (much like how the crafted i350 upgraded to i360 before). Just like last time, it will probably render the item unable to overmeld. But these days people don't really overmeld on battle gear anyway.

Troupe Stage sales are officially dead (Astral lumbers will probably also take a slight hit).

I don't know, personally I pentamelded all my Rakshasa gear. With Eureka crashing materia prices, I've picked up the majority of my V's at close to vendor price over time and I'm swimming in VI's.

The 390 "upgrade" is actually a strict downgrade on accessories from the 380, since a gain of 7 primary stat and 9 secondary can't compete with melds of up to 76 secondary stats.

Double leather will be nice, 1200 mendacity for 10 has been a little excessive. Shame on the troupe stage, I just discovered that market :P
We also have the new Custom Delivery and the "I made that: VI" achievements.

I was wondering if they'd increase the weekly limit on custom deliveries with the addition of another delivery person but guess not.
I assume it'll give the same as kurenai - when it's maxed.
Before then it'll give less than the other three normally and waaaaay less with bonus weeks.
It was worth doing kurenai's cause back then zhloe's rewards weren't buffed yet so even at minimum rank kurenai's gave as much or more than zhloe at max rank, this is not the case anymore.

Will still do it, it'll be beneficial to have maxed when shadowbringers comes out and more chances at desired weekly bonuses, but this seems like an awkward time to introduce a new one.

I will definitely upgrade my i380 sword/shield to i390 sword/shield for my PLD though. And I will upgrade a bunch of gear for my retainer too :P

Oh yeah, looks like there are some glittering new tools as well! But looks like no challenging recipes at all... I miss the old times when we acquired lucis tools...

Yeah, overall nothing too exciting. But Blue Mage (1 week later) and Mahjong can be fun :) I like those additions.

I'm also really really really happy about the new change about interactive items... The fact that they kept disappearing had been pissing me off for ages. Finally they fixed it:

LOL! That was not my intention... but yeah, I actually did... didn't I :p

I'm not at a level to entirely know the impact of these changes, but it made me wonder, how well might the community receive implementing similar changes to old recipes? Just to speed up the process or ease up on necessary materials, making certain intermediate crafts provide more (looking at you, Cotton Thread).

I understand they've sorta done this already for some ALC and CUL recipes. Would it inadvertently have a negative impact if ARR or even HW materials recipes were boosted?

Back at the end of HW/beginning of SB they went back and changed some ALC and CUL recipes from HW to give more per synth. If it hasn't been changed by now, I doubt it will be. The change is probably even more unlikely for items like Cotton Thread and others at that level that can be easily obtained from a vendor.
