Lag spikes effecting my gameplay

Hello there!I am suffering through some annoying lag spikes that have caused my game to briefly freeze before continuing often resulting me getting killed during a trial boss or dungeon. Are there anyways i can fix this?

I have the same problem and was about to create a new treath.

Good Morning! I was having this problem last night as well. It was only in Dungeons and Trials I was having issues. Open world was fine. I was able to run around Limsa Lominsa main area with about 100 people in it with no lag.

The problem wasn't occurring till later that night. I would say 11 PM Est till I went to I went to bed. I was running 8 man trials in Sigmascape v1.0 and 2.0 just fine. No lag. After I did those we qued up with for The Burn and the lag was unplayable at times. It was either really good at times or I would die instantly cause I couldn't avoid or see anything. We later qued up for The Tam-Tara Deepcroft (level roulette). No lag. Ran very smoothly. We later did trials for our friend to progress through the MSQ. These were The HOwling Eye (Hard) and Thornmarch (hard) Still had lag but was playable.

But alot of this happened late at night. I don't know what the issue is but I'm only having these lag spikes in Dungeons and Trials.
