It looks like the one the female miqo has. Everyone on a female character has access to it by default. Hair can look a bit different with hats on (it can flatten the style sometimes) which might be why you didn't spot it.

It definitely looks like the Miqo'te's style from the pictures Penthea posted. You can see the edge of her fringe underneath the cap.
I'm not keen on how that style looks on Hyuran characters (eg. Kozakura from the Doman Enclave) - it seems to sit too high on their head. It looks fine on that Miqo'te though.
As an example of hairstyles changing with hats, the Blue Mage trailer guy has the Elezen's hairstyle, but the strand of hair hanging over his eye vanishes with a hat equipped, so it looks different.
