Request: Mob or Boss Bestiary Journal or Log

I'm very much into lore and I love the sightseeing log, whenever I find the glowing spot I try to unlock it to read
FFXIV's team have done a good job with enriching the game with rich lore and I really wish we could get a bestiary or boss journal log
I don't care how limited it may be even if it would only be on certain bosses in or out of dungeons or it would be on several mobs
The first time I experienced having a journal in a game was from SE, in Kingdom Hearts 2, and it was a brilliant experience:

Then the first time I enjoyed it in an MMO was in World of Warcraft, as an exclusively dungeon boss journal, it offered lore, the tactics for the boss in the fight and the loot:

that would be another nice way for oda and koji to insert interesting lore bits to flesh out different areas or oddities, but that is a massive amount of new entries theyd have to come up with on top of the current workload they have

Said it in another thread but I think they can use a lot of what they develop for this in-game system for a physical version too, which can help pad the cost of developing (I think, seems like people bought a good number of lore books).

Boss bestiary (guide/loot) is nice :)

The lore book has a bestiary that covers most main monster types with a few sentences about them: e.g. Wyverns, Bombs, Wyrms, Wolves, Ghosts, etc. Additionally, there's blurbs about most dungeon bosses and Hunts as well. They'd just need to put it in game, I suppose, perhaps interface it with the Journal. I think they're adding a log for Blue Magic by the way and from screenshots of some of the spells in the log, we're getting about a paragraph of text explaining the mechanics and lore of each spell.

To add to this, any entries that are filled cause be used for portraits for paintings that can be used in houses. It would be the same way in how we are able to used acquired locations in sightseeing logs and turn them into paintings. So you can have portraits of your favorite enemies in your house.

They kinda have this flavor text for Triple Triad cards, but agree that I'd like a comprehensive bestiary in-game.

Hell, tie it in with BLU since the devs seem bent and set on making this a solo job. We're gonna be grinding those mobs anyhow - why not let us get a bestiary with the job, since technically, we're learning things from them anyways.

I'd be upset if it was made job exclusive to the BLU :(
but I'd still be pleased that it made it into the game in some way
