New Mount Suggestion

So I started eureka this past week and with ffxv collaboration going on I thought of this. How about they put the regalia in game as a 4 player mount. Imagine a light party riding around eureka together and hopping out on a enemy for a beat down. Sorry if this was already suggested. Just thought of it

Also instead of charging us $50 for it on the mog store, they could make it so u can only build it in a FC. This way it would be mainly used as a group transport instead of 100 ppl riding around in a 4 seater by themselves.

They missed a huge opportunity by not making the whale a 4 seater.

My concern would be with the paint job. The Regalia was very customizable and I thought its default look was on the ugly side. I really like the idea of it as a mount for XIV, but when I picture it in my head, I see my metallic-magenta Type-F. And it'd be nice if it had a mount action that closes the top.

But yeah, I'd still be tempted to get it regardless.

To that I would say the colors could be customizable if you have to build it at the FC. We can change our chocobo colors at the FC house so why not the regalia also.

Imo, SE should consider working on a magitek system that would cover this. At Cid's workshop you can lightly customize some magitek (more others than some), such that for example the red magitek mount on the mogshop is more like buying special markers, key, and paint that you can apply to any magitek. *One standard magitek mount key (slot), such that you can have two customized magitek.

Now some magitek not accepting modifications make sense, so its not perfectly 1:1 for all. But then here we have Regalia included in that system with paint job options and perhaps some specific modification options too.
