Primal - Behemoth - Disconnect Issues

Hello everyone, I am hoping to get some answers/help here regarding Disconnection issues on the Behemoth server.

I've been disconnecting every 3 - 7 minutes for the past 3 days (14/12 - 16/12).
I have tried the troubleshooting methods as provided in other/older threads.
Alas, nothing worked out for me.

Some times I am able to stay online for an extended amount of time after 2 hours-ish, if I stop trying to log in.

Has there been DDOS attacks on the server/datacenter?
I haven't seen any updates on the news section of the lodestone.
I'm pretty sure it's not my connection issue.

There hasn't been a DDOS attack reported in the time frame you described.

I'd like to get some more information on your issue. Please provide:

- Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
- Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect (if any)
- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)

You mentioned that you've tried troubleshooting from other threads. Can you tell me what you tried already?

You are not alone mate... me and other's 8 friends are having the same problem since 12/12 Primal Behemoth :(

Also having disconnect issues. Traceroute shows the route is healthy even when disconnects occur (no packet lost, both sides responding). Packet logs shows FF14 server stops responding to game's TCP connection.
