Lost retainers when transfering

got told to repost this..... but yeah i basically lost 2 retainers when i transfered from phoenix to louisoix.... lost all mog items (can check purchase history), lost all event items from the start of the game (early access player).... lost Yuna outfit from fanfest.... a bunch of ingame items (mostly glamours)

im also not very tech savy but i answered the questions that i thought was revelant to my issue
