It does indeed look nice but it's fanmade.


Also, the music used in the fanmade trailer comes from the 'World of Wonder' trailer of Final Fantasy XV which you can see here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CzIsbgDt5oM.
Even if they would use this music (which I highly doubt), they would mix it up a bit. But, personally I think they will make a different prelude version again for the intro music.

I watched it and I have to say that while it does look rather pretty, it's pretty obviously fan made.

The biggest giveaway was the music since SE usually uses login screen music that chimes with the opening cinematic theme, while this one really didn't sound anything like the Shadowbringers theme.

As a last resort, you could've checked the comments to see that it's fan made before posting it here.

I kind of want SE to steal that.

To bad this is fan made, maybe it should be the opening theme for Shadowbringer. All I know from the graphic and the song, Shadowbringer is going to be a dark temporary resolve to the game.

I haven't gotten to Stormblood, but from the theme it seems like it is going to be fire and flame and war the catalyst to a darker path of Shadowbringer.

Maybe the fan has some inside information.

That mock-up was made by a redditor, way back before we even know it was called Shadowbringers - I believe he used 'Violettide' as a working title for the mock-up, and after FanFest, he updated his mock-up with the revealed logo. So no inside-information going on. Apparently, now it's also a video.
Would love to credit the guy, but I can't remember his reddit username...
