Achievement Idea/Request: Completing all Sidequests in Game

Hello SE,

I was wondering, could you make an achievement for people that have completed all side quests? You could make one per expansion if it helps. It doesn't need anything fancy but it would be nice to first know if you've done everything and second have some sort of in-game recognition for taking the time to clear out every map.

Sounds fun. A minor wrench in the works is when sidequests get added with patches, but presumably those just wouldn't count towards the achievement(s).

Another/an additional option could be to do it by zone or region. ie "Complete all Side Quests in South Shroud"

FF14 has a quirk in their achievements in that if you already meet requirements prior to the addition of the achievements you won't get the achievement until you update whatever the requirement was.

Example; if you had 220 triple triad cards before they added the achievement for it, you would not get the achievement until you got another card.

If you had 25000 pvp wins and a 25000 PvP win achievement is made, you would not get it until you have 25001 wins

My point is that if you complete all quests in an area, there's be no way to be given the achievement because there'll be no way to update the flag that you've done all the quests.

Just started playing the game and found this thread in relation to my own question.

Why not just add an NPC that can only proct a quest when all other side quests are completed that awards the title when you talk to them?

Rather than a get clear all quests achievement, How about they expand on the items we can buy with those coins we get from earning achievements? They started that thing off by moving a majority of the veteran rewards to it so a very large number of players have had just about nothing to use those coins on because we had nearly all the rewards before the system was made.

We literally have a quest journal that says what quests we've done. All of them.
