For two weeks off and on I have been camping at the White Wolf gates in Central Shroud for hours at a time waiting for the Sprig Cleaning FATE to spawn, and have seen neither hide nor hair of it. I've searched to see if it has been removed and can find nothing stating so, it is simply not popping.
