I paid for sub but still no renewal

It happens to me and my sister. Around three months ago she tried to buy\ sub for her account. The transaction said it's accepted but when she went back to 'your account' page it still says inactive.

Today I tried to buy her because she ran out again (our brother bought it) and still have this problem. I couldn't buy one for myself.

Does anyone know why?

they even have a direct subsection for billing and payment issues and are much, much more qualified and able to help you than anyone on the forums.

Buy crysta. Usually bypass any bull issue you may get

On the off chance that you are buying Crysta. You still have to activate the account again manually if it was cancelled. But yeah, I would talk to support.

You can simply use it to maintain your sub, otherwhise its up for you to deside if you want to buy something in the mogstation.

It doesn't make any difference to the cost. The number of crysta you need to pay for something costs the same as paying for that thing directly. So, for example, a one month standard subscription that costs $14.99 would instead cost 1499 crysta. But 1499 crysta also costs $14.99. Each crysta is one cent, both in terms of what it costs, and in terms of what it can pay for.

You just need to check how much it's going to cost before you buy the crysta (remembering to include things like extra retainer fees if you use them), so you know how many crysta to buy. And it adds an extra step to the process, since you first buy crysta, and then pay for the subscription using those crysta.

I was thinking if it's the same or not using Crystas because it's my first time buying it ^^

I would imagine you had resolved this issue already, but I find these issues to be resolved the quickest by calling billing.
