[Feature Request] Mannequin Localized Sales

So an idea I had that I thought would be super useful is when listing items for sale on a mannequin would be to list them locally only and not also on the market board. Still taking up the market board slots on the associated retainer would be fine but I think this could be a fairly useful feature.

For example, I'm one of the main crafters for the FC that I'm a part of and often want to help my friends obtain gear upgrades easier but also tend to do most of my crafting during the off hours. Ideally want I wanted to do was to place mannequins full of gear inside our FC house listed at highly discounted prices for FC members to be able to buy but quickly discovered these also list on the market board which defeated the purpose.
