Disconnected from server - Can't get back in

I just came back to the game, and I was doing my first duty finder queues no connection issues at all, and I started disconnecting during one of them, it eventually kicked me out to main menu. I tried reconnecting, but it would just sit there for a minute or two, and then say "connection has encountered an error", or "the lobby service has encountered an error". What is going on? I know for a fact it's not my connection. I can pull up a twitch stream and play other games without issue. What gives?! :mad:

Yep. Looks like (based on reddit threads) lots of people got kicked.

This is my second night back (on free login) on a months-long hiatus. This isn't making me want to resub. lol
According to a friend of mine who's continued to play during the intervening months, there's been TONS of connection issues attributed to DDOS attacks. Which, granted, those are targeted attacks by some douchebags, not anything SE did wrong. But still, at some point the results (mass, frequent disconnects and lag issues) are so bad that the cause doesn't matter. Something has to be done to fix it. More than what they have done thus far.

Yep, still getting constantly disconnected, I wasted so much sub just because the game was literally unplayable, tried everything and turns out it's not on my end.
Guess that's the best time to take a break, I really don't want to pay for not being able to play
