About Patch 4.5 Free Transfers

Did anyone hear whether or not the 100% back reimbursement for housing will also extend for FCs affected by merging data centers?

Aka... TL;DR Will we be able to get all our money back off of our FC houses during the open world free transfer week(s) ?

No mention at all about FCs that I know of.
Since one cannot transfer FCs in the first place, I expect that there will be no compensation for them.
The various rewards for moving to preferred/new servers don't currently provide anything at all for FCs.

This seems very disappointing as many feel as if without compensation our time will be/has been wasted.
