Routing Issue causing high ping in-game.

Hello, so for a few weeks now my ping in-game has increased from a steady 50 ms to 80 ms. I spoke with support via email and did everything they recommended, nothing changed. I eventually spoke with my ISP to see if the issue was on their end, after speaking with them I found that the issue is rooted in one of the servers I am being directed through to the Primal server. I was informed that this server has been causing issues for a few games. I am not sure if Square Enix can do anything about this but I thought I would at least bring it up.

That end ping is unacceptable and it's completely timing out on a node.

I apologize for the delay in my response. If anyone is still experiencing issue with high ping, please respond with the following:

-Platform
-Error messages received
-Wired or WIFI connection
-Other programs being used when running FFXIV
-When disconnect occurs/How often
-Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

Interestingly my ping has now fallen back to my original 50 ms. Seems that whatever the issue was with the servers I was being routed through has been resolved. The ae7 has significantly decreased latency now, so that may have been the issue. Glad to have more normal ping back, for now anyway lol.
