Embrace the darkness!
Its finally our time!
bring the darknes, down with the warrior is time to fight for zodiark!!
We're gonna slap hydealyn in the... Crystal!!! And kill every moggle on Eorzea! Because we are the darkness!
And, I guess it's time for us to make destruction upon Eorzea... We will become... Bahamut... Yeah no... I'm going too far..
I knew this day would come! I knew I just had to keep the faith. Yoshi has truly rewarded me, and indeed, all of us. Praise be to him.
It's about time. <3
Let's hope if there are any changes, they get just as much love and hype as that reveal trailer did.
It's about to go DOWN! lol
Kind of wonder how the combined MP and TP thing will change things for us.
That aside, Fray is going to be so happy that we're finally cutting loose. Probably.
I really hope SE lets DRK lore get even deeper with our "dark side aka Fray" this coming expansion. I really enjoyed the story from 30-50 mainly how the lvl50 quest ended with our other side saying "but know that when you tire of this charade, I shall be here...waiting to take the reins...
you need only ask..."
50-60 was meh
60-70 was pretty on par, specially at the end, once again.
So I'm really hoping for some deep diving into how DRK plays out when we become "warriors of darkness".
Also yes some QoL and overall improvements to the job are very welcome indeed.
I'm pretty sure they are gonna double down on the blood gauge and make it work similar to how beast gauge works for WAR in 4.0. ex Dark Passenger costs 20 gauge etc. What I think they might do about the MT/TP consolidation is something akin to a stamina bar similar to other games like Soulsborne and monster hunter. This would make sks and sps more viable because if having a certain amount of sks can get you more regen for an extra action before bottoming out that may be worth it. Dark souls had dexterity, equipment and weight that affected the amount of regen the stamina bar will have after performing an action and this was heavily considered in serious builds.
I really think it's more likely that there just won't be TP costs any more, guys. It really only matters for AoE and TP based AoE isn't really that absurd on potency to need the gate.
