Can't pick up preorder merch

So I know this is likely to be buried under all the hype but I wasn't actually able to attend fanfest this year due to work ( sorry for that one person I locked out of a ticket I guess) anyways when I realized this was the case I attempted to cancel my merch pre order before the money came out yet for some reason the cancel button on the order wouldn't work no matter what device or browser I used ( suspicious face) anyways I have about $250 worth of merch I can't pick up and I'm just wondering if anyone knows what happens when things go unclaimed, does the money get refunded or am I just screwed?

Be nice if they gave you mogstation credit instead of totally screwing you over.

You should contact the store support people IMMEDIATELY about that. Or should have before/after getting charged. If you can get them by phone, do that. Otherwise, this is their email (as posted in multiple threads in the fanfest subforum).

From what I've read, if you don't pick up your merchanidse, it will go out for general sale near the end of the second day, and you will be issued a refund automatically. Don't think you've got anything to worry about. I'd say if you haven't got your refund in ten days from today, contact SE about it then (I say ten days as this is what refunds are normally said to take when a company issues you a refund.)
