Forum Contest Prize

Hello! The most recent event of Ogre Pumpkin Carve off contest has concluded and winners announced yesterday. Now I have a question. I won in the Ogre Carving Pumpkin carve off contest, in the Drawing category. Official site post says prizes must be claimed through the "Entrant's forum handle". What does that mean? I have checked my settings everywhere, I don't see any options? I thought the prize would be sent to me via Moogle mail in-game. I have yet to receive my prize. ):

The references to the character on your forum handle seem to refer to the character selected to show as your avatar here, so you should get the prize on Demethos Dragnell of Lamia, though apparently you can transfer it to another alt on the same account. It says they'll be delivered on or around November 9, but doesn't say how. (I'd assume Moogle mail, too.)

Did it come, and was just a couple days later than expected? It does say "on or around the 9th" and we could still be in the "or around" part of that timeframe.

Today is November 12th, and I have yet to receive my prize. I requested the Ahriman Choker. ;_;
