Taking a census of LS and players who will NOT migrate to “Ragnarok [EU]”

I suggest that we take a census here of the linkshell and independant players (without a ls) who think they arent gonna settle in this future "EU recommended world 10", Ragnarok.
The intention is to get a census of EU players NOT moving to Ragnarok and see other unnoficial EU Servers.
You can copy paste one of the two next options, so it will be easier for everyone to read / collect informations :
