DDOS attack is deadly in Eureka

I was just in Eureka Pagos when the NM train split up to do Arthro, Brothers & Louhi. When the DDOS attack hit, the group at Louhi was completely obliterated. It took a while for some of us to get booted. I was the last of my party at Arthro trying to raise our tank before he was booted, then a few minutes later, I was ousted. I don't know if any body got back on time to raise all the dead, but if they didn't, everyone might lose their levels. If you hadn't avoided Pagos before, do so now as long as the DDOS is happening. You might lose levels.

Good thing I haven't bothered with Pagos then.

Same happened to my party. We were at Taxim and since everyone was DCing heals weren't even going through. Everyone died then DCed.

No problem. Just getting the word out there. It's a different kind of danger lurking in Pagos.

Luckily the Hunt group I was in on Midgardsormr finished just before this latest round. Everyone started d/c'ing mere minutes after it finished.

Pyros is gonna be epic I can't wait.

A few nights ago I was disconnected 2 minutes before Cassies window ended (the instance had been trying to spawn her for several hours), and couldn't log back in because the login system was down. It was at like 3 AM so I called it a night, I was just dancing in Cassies Arena anyways.

Next day, I logged in and mysteriously found myself down leveled from 35 to 34. I found someone who was in the instance with me that night, and they confirmed, because I was in Cassies Arena when I disconnected, it spawned on me as I was disconnecting and killed me.

That one nearly broke me.

There also deadly to crafters. Since when you get disconnected loose all your crafting mats for item you was crafting at the time. Did ffxiv have all these ddos attacks when servers was in Canada.

DC'ing can also kill PotD and HoH challenge floor runs since the saves become unusable after a wipe. Lost a solo HoH run to tonight's ddos (thankfully near the beginning).
