About the World Merge and World Transfers

I was wondering during World Merge and World Transfers, would there be a option to change your character name.

I do understand if there is another character with same name those individuals are available to change their character name.

Also how about a point to change your character race as a option to.

Final point would SE/FFXIV make it available that all individuals can change their characters names during World Merge and World Transfers.

It would seem reasonable to take opportunity to change all individuals names and also character race due the details of World Merge and World Transfers.
