Hopefully it'll be very rare and can be sold for a decent amount as a consequence. If the developers are going to obsessively add feminine/androgynous hairstyles at the cost of masculine hairstyles then the least they can do is make them hard to acquire so those who don't plan to use them can make some decent coin.

1% chance that the lock box will be a "heat sealed lock box" instead of a regular one.
1% chance that the heat sealed lock box gives you the hair instead of a sparkler.
