If I might offer a suggestion, you could try using discord. I know of three that do static recruiting if you're not already using them: raidSTARS (which is where my static found me), FFXIV Recruiter: Savage & Transcendence, and FFXIV-Aether Data Center. I think the Balance might have some recruitment channels as well - dunno about reddit, hadn't had much luck with the reddit recruitment.
