Last night my raid member complained of the game randomly disconnecting him with 90002 and then 2002 errors while raiding, and said it was recently and ongoing.(past week or so.)
I just now had the same thing happen to me. Internet completely fine (streaming music in the background while leveling DoL) and only the game d/c and then crashes/closes with 2002 error.
Quality of the game connection has significantly reduced for me since the server relocation and only seems to get worse.

Please provide:
- Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
- Frequency at which error occurs
- Time of day this usually occurs
- Everything you have tried to resolve the issue
