3. Ride flying mount and start flying
4. Change to a cross hotbar set other than set one
5. Start casting Teleport or Return
6. During the Teleport or Return cast, change to cross hotbar set one
7. Mount moves upward and interrupts the cast

This isn't constrained to occur only while casting teleports; it can be reproduced at will. Conversely, if you change to cross hotbar set three while flying the mount does NOT move downward.
