GM Tehmuhsae

I've never had a GM response faster in any other MMO, I've never actually even really had a GM contact in game about a problem at all, it's really nice to know that someone is actually looking into something instead of just throwing it aside and waiting for it to blow over. This is why I pay for this game :D

I just had my first interaction with Gm Tehmuhsae. I had an issue where someone scammed me. The GM was quick to get to my ticket and question me about the events that took place asking detailed questions to make a fair judgement. The encounter was very professional. I give 5 stars to this GM even if the out come of my ticket isn't to my liking, I trust this GM from meeting with them.

I just spoke to this GM as well! They were very polite and helpful with my issue. A+ Service from them! (:

Just had my first experience with a GM and it was this one. Other games I have had to wait several days for a response if I got one at all, but this one took less than an hour! all I can say is "fast and efficient" I hope GM Tehmuhase responds the next time I have an issue as well. A+ 10/10
