Changing Carbuncle Housing Skin?

Changing Carbuncle Housing Skin?

Do I lose my carbuncle house skin if I change it? Or was it fixed like other skins. It already says "Binding" on the skin but I am afraid to remove it. Does anyone know if I take it off will it be dropped into my inventory and bound to my character? Thanks in advance

Don't worry, the old exterior will be in your inventory after you change the skin. :)

"Any fixtures applied to the exterior or interior of an estate will become bound, while the fixture being replaced will be moved to your inventory."

Are you sure? i really dont wish to lose my carby house skin...Also sorry I cant seem to see what info was listed in the 4.2 patch related to this :\

After you confirm the new item(s) to replace it, it will go into your inventory.

100%, I've changed skins several times on our FC house and one of them was a carbuncle skin (and, indeed, there's nothing different so any skin should be proof.)

Ive got a friend who has 3 or 4 different skins, he changes a couple times a week. Yes, one of them is a carby. Ive removed my castle walls a couple times and put them back. Binding in this case means you can no longer try to sell it to someone else.
