Suggestion: Add MUTE function.

I'm suggesting the RETURN of CHAT... except this time, with the option to MUTE.

I think this will bring about the communication necessary for a successful PvP mode (as successful PvP games thrive on communication via chat or voice), while also enabling players to choose the option to MUTE - most notably to block out any abuses caused by salty or toxic players.


I hope this suggestion will help facilitate the success of PvP in FFXIV. And as such, I also hope this suggestion will be taken into consideration. ^_^

Yes, please. At the very least, allow us to mute the morons that keep spamming the chat when they lose.

Sometimes someone has a bad day and unfortunately takes it out on us. I rather mute for 1 match or two first instead of blacklisting them.

In order to facilitate this effectively, everyone would have to be notified of the mute, but other than that I approve.
