still problems loading game

I previously posted getting errors when game launches, but found out my pc wasn't quite able to run it. now I went out and got a new pc and am still having issues launching game.

I get a windows error saying that ffxiv has stopped working and windows will find a solution... close program.

when I try to run on compatibility modes or turn of dx11 I get the dx errors..

have also tried some of the others things posted in other threads and still some error or another. is getting frustrating..

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like this PC meets the minimum requirements for the game. Specifically, it doesn't have a graphics card, unless there is one that the system report isn't showing. The game does not officially support integrated graphics cards like Intel graphics that this one has.

So basically i'm just needing a graphics card? Was looking at the specs on the stormblood site; are those still valid? May look into getting the card or whatever else is needed done.

It's really only that this PC doesn't have a dedicated graphics card. The game doesn't officially support integrated graphics, so there is no guarantee that it will work, such as in your case. The other problem is that this looks like a laptop (unless I'm mistaken, if so please correct me), you wouldn't be able to add a graphics card to it in this case.
