Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Based on your System Report, it looks like your computer doesn't quite meet the minimum requirements for the game (please note that the system requirements have changed since Stormblood's release). Is this your first time playing the game on this PC? If not, when was the first time you received this error?

It also looks like your graphics card drivers haven't been updated since 2015. I'd suggest updating those to the latest versions.

I had wondered if that was going to present a problem since my pc is approximately 10 years old.

As for the driver that was the newest i could find on the makers site.
