DDoS a FATEful disaster...

Date & Time: 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th of October
Frequency: None, that's the problem
World name: Cerberus
Character name: Rainmar Hagenau
Monster name: Odin
Class/Level: BLM 70
Area and coordinates: Black Shroud
Steps:
1. Few DDoS attacks
2. Many DC's
3. Lot of lags etc.

So, here's a problem I've been hunting Odin "Steel Reign" FATE for quite time now and it's nowhere to be found, as far as I know same goes for Behemoth FATE. I would like to confirm this:

Have someone saw those FATEs or at least weather effect?

Is there a possibility that DDoS attacks have affected spawning timer?

Could someone confirm apperance of those FATEs in-game for around 100 hours +?

If I'm simply panicking and all everything works as intended I beg your pardon in advance.
