Brass Pricket no longer casts shadows

Steps:
1. Turn lights down to 0 or 1
2. Place a Brass Pricket near something else (like a Glade Chair)
3. A shadow of the chair should be cast on the floor or wall.

Prior to 4.40/4.41 This worked as expected. It is one of the few light sources (for player housing) that casts shadows (we need more!). While it did have some odd bugs based on its rotation, it was small and simple compared to other larger light sources that cast shadows, like the dragon floor lamp.

Now, it no longer is working. Can you confirm that this is a bug? I did not see it in the patch notes.
