Level 50 Quest. Can we have them so we have a reason to look for items?

I love hearing the battle music, and having a reason to kill things. It's no fun when I just go out to kill. Can we have a reason to go to high end areas and gather 10 Adamantoise shells to turn in and give them like a 25% drop chance? I wish I had a reason other than leves to log in. Just a thought.... Just an example of things I would like to see. Give some normal mobs some rare item drops that are sellable but have a low drop chance. Maybe a way I can farm some mats that people need for gear. Every FF Title had items dropped from mobs people sought after. Give me a reason to kill them and help other people out who just craft.

That would be cool, but most of the population still hasn't gotten their ifrit weapon or their moogle weapon I for one only have weapons for classes I don't use. If you give us these quests they would have to not be worth very much, or else those people are already feel behind the actual end game content just grow further behind.

The quests don't have to be accomplished. I would just like some more solo player adventures that could serve some purpose. I wouldn't mind tedious tasks like that to keep me occupied. I honestly Don't even log in. I can't get a group to kill ifrit cause not enough people are ever online, or can't kill moogle cause not enough people online. There just isn't enough to do by yourself. Especially since the population has been this low for over 17 months. I know now we're finally getting something done with the server merge. I would just like to see more solo oriented small things added. This game is heading that way since day 1. Why not just start with the small things.

I agree. More quests would be nice, especially at the upper levels. It would be disappointing if they gave a substantial experience reward though.
