Complete button inactive in reward screen

Server: Siren
Game name: Stormcrow Hammerhand
In the following picture you can see I have several completed quests but I am unable to finish them by collecting rewards because the "Complete" button comes up as inactive. The only option is to decline reward.

I do not know if there is something I have not completed. I am pretty sure this is not a bug. Thanks in advance for assistance.

Are you referring to the reward screen at the end of a quest? If so, the quest will give you one of the rewards (but not all of them). It requires that you make a choice first, then the 'complete' button should work.

If you are referring to something else, please elaborate. You can upload the image to another website and link it here if that is easier.
