Crystals and Alchemist: reintroduction of User Friendly shards recipe?

Hello everyone,
I'd like to ask if with the revamp of Alchemist recipes in 1.21, new ones will be introduced, and those will let us to create Shards using Crystals (like in the past, now Fine Sand it's too time consuming to craft). Or anyway if there will be a different use for Crystals. Thank you. ;)

Well, there goes my fisher/alchemist income.

I wonder if the change from crystals to sand was to give fishing more relevance in the game.

They took sand away to keep the market from flooding with tons of shards and to make lower level fishing useful. I doubt they are going to introduce something that would erase what they accomplished with the removal of sand. If so, might as well just bring back sand.

I kind of miss XI where you could "use" a cluster to get a stack of crystals.

Maybe Cluster = 12 Crystals = 48 Shards? v.v''

Regardless of craft. Doesn't make fishing any more/less useful >.>; Will possibly flood the market a little, but it's not like the market's not already flooded.

I'm not sure of it. And I'm not talking of bringing Fine Sand back, but of something different and new. Now you need 700 for 1200 shard... 600 River/Sea Sand = 100 Fine Sand. And actually crystals are almost useless.
