Questions about transferring servers.

Hello everyone. Just looking for some information about server transfers as of very recently. Are the congested > preferred server bonuses (ie. transferring all of your gil) still in effect?

The reason I ask is that Balmung isn't listed as a congested world right now, but there are still preferred worlds listed here.

We're looking at moving to an EU server due to not being able to find a static on our own, but aren't thrilled at the idea of losing gil and houses. Does anyone have knowledge of raid scenes or active populations on Chaos that we'd find useful?

Housing is also fairly important to us, but as long as we can get one base of operations, we're fine with that. Thanks in advance. :)

Well since you're on Balmung and its currently not listed as Congested then limits will apply. You can move with 20M Gil (10m on your character, 5m per retainer by default) or more if you have 3+ retainers since each can take 5m maximum.
I have no idea about raiding and whatnot, though Ragnarok is the Legacy world here and i would imagine its where the bulk of the raiding community is.
