VISA card not accepted for sub payment??

I bought a $20 visa gift card so that I can resub this month, but no matter how many times I try, MogStation won't accept the payment. (only $15) I can't figure out what the problem is, because the error code doesn't help at all when I read about it on the support page.

When trying to make the transaction, I make it to about here --

However, the error code simply tells me that I've put the information in wrong. I know this isn't the case, because the card transaction history shows that Square Enix successfully took out a test payment to validate the card.

I've tried this over and over about 8 times through the course of the last few days. I don't know what else to do. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

I realize I should have posted this in Technical Support, but I wanted to get user feedback

I haven't had any problems with using Visa gift cards for payments, however when I use them, I purchase Crysta. I wonder if it's having an issue because you're setting up a recurring subscription on a non-reloadable card? Maybe try buying $15 worth of Crysta and see what happens.
