1. Entered Duty Finder
2. Fought Omega in Alphascape v3
3. Defeated Omega
4. Text "Alphascape Complete" flash on screen
5. Roll on loot (I won a lens)
6. Left duty by selecting the glowing exit
7. Spawned in Interdimensional Rift, but no mission marker and nothing in my duty list
8. Friends tell me there is Alphascape v4
9. Leave the Rift
10. Outside, nothing
11. Go back inside, quest marker from Cid
12. Accept it, and watch the same cutscenes from last time
13. After cutscenes, duty list tells me to enter Alphascape v3
14. Open duty list, no Alphascape v4, but Alphascape v3 clearly shows completed and reward received
15. Get annoyed that I've got this far only to find the game has said "LOL NO"
