(Chaos datacenter) Static looking for 1 healer and 2 dps! ^_^

Who are we?
We are currently a 5/8 english speaking cross-server static. Our members are from different worlds withing the Chaos Data Center. We communicate mainly via Discord and have a cross-server Linkshell as well.
A little history
During SB, we have cleared all 4 Deltascapes before the Echo (nerf) patch. In Sigmascape, we got to God Kefka. Unfortunately at this point, the group split and we had to take a break. But now we're back with (hopefully) a vengeance! ;D
The group
Currently our static contains the following people:
Kaetlen Ketrell (Cerberus) - Paladin (He is also our static leader)
Tera Goodville (Moogle) - Warrior
Yuka Nisah (Moogle) - White Mage
Miladdos Silva (Cerberus) - Astrologian
Chezz Rikashift (Ragnarok) - Ninja
Zero Ichi (Odin) - Samurai
E'tykiet Tia (Cerberus) - Machinist
??? - Caster DPS (Red Mage or Summoner)
Our raid times
We'll aim to raid 2-3 days a week from 6/7pm to 9pm BST (UK time). The days can change weekly however, because of our raid leader's work schedule, but should not provide any issues.
For raid availability we use the following system:
We make use of an online sheet where we manage everyones availability. That way it's easy for us to see which days we can raid, and which days we can't (or need to find replacements). This means that if you have a job with random work times, you could still raid with us :) (provided that you're available for atleast 3 days a week)
Our current progression
On our first official raid day, we got to enrage on Alphascape V1.0 (sept 29, 2018). We are hoping to kill him today! (sept. 30, 2018).
What are we looking for?
- Currently we are looking for 1 caster DPS (RDM or SMN)
- Experience on atleast Alphascape V1.0 Savage is preferred.
- Please know your class. We don't want to have to teach you ;)
- Please make sure you can commit to raiding with us and have time to do so. (This should be obvious, but we've had several people leave early on because they found out our times didn't work for them)
Anything else you should know?
- Please be advised that we are not elitists/hardcore, nor do we expect anyone in our group to be. We are a laid back group, and we find it most important to have fun raiding. However, this does not mean that we appreciate slacking. We still want our group to learn, progress and improve as much as we can. Do your best. That's all we ask ;)
- We focus mainly on savage raids. Which means primals are mostly your own responsibility. Feel free to pug those as they release ;)
- If you have joined, and in the future you decide that we're not for you, please try to be considerate and stay until a replacement for you has been found.
- We're an english speaking static. So being able to understand and read english is a must.
