Chandelier and Birdbath

Has anyone found the Divine Chandelier or Birdbath yet? They aren't in the crafting logs, house vendors, GC vendors or Gold Saucer. Is it likely they put them in Canals?

What do you mean by Canals?

I'm sure it'll follow the pattern of everything else that's really expensive when it first comes out, and then drops drastically once plenty of people get them. 15 mil is the "be the first in your neighborhood to get it" price.

It's in the Canal, drops in Chamber 5, 6 or 7. :)
