First GM Interaction Feedback

New player here. I thought it was rather odd that a large portion of housing in a ward was taken up with the same name or similarly named owners with the apparent interest in owning an entire ward. So I brought it up with an FC member and they were not sure why that many houses were owned under the same name as none of the houses randomly inspected had anything inside of them. I brought it up to my FC leader and another senior member and they suggest I report it to SE, so I did.

I must say I was quite surprised when I received a response within a matter of minutes and was able to discuss the issue with GM Dahnusore. I provided some examples of what I was reporting about and GM Dahnusore stated they have what they need to launch in investigation and if a violation of any rules, policies, or the ToS is found then appropriate action will be taken. GM Dahnusore then assured me that if I ever have an issue then I can follow the standard reporting procedure and I should expect prompt support as GMs are online 24/7 to support the players.

So, feedback:

As a former game developer and game master for other MMOs in the past, as well as a player of many MMO games, this experience was fantastic. Quite often I have seen games where game masters are unresponsive, in other times they come off as not caring and as long as money is coming into the game. GM Dahnusore showed the Square Enix team actually cares about the experience players have and understand the issues as they are players as well. Being able to provide my evidence through my PS4 was also great, I wasn't expecting to get any response, but I am happily mistaken.
