Context error in NPC dialogue: Ansaulme/Ishgard

"I daresay that taking part in the Wadatsumi festival was the most fun I've had as a fisherman in—well, as long as I can remember. You have my gratitude for letting me join you here today."

Ansaulme in the Forgotten Knight in Ishgard says this if you talk to him after completing the level 70 fisher quest. He shows up during the quest, which takes place in the Ruby Sea, but this particular piece of dialogue is back in Ishgard and it's presumably not the same day.
