Resident caretaker warning

Is it possible to warn players when they select a housing placard, that they can’t purchase a house until all the items held by the caretaker are removed?

I just learned of this today after 60+ hours of attempts at a small house after a 45 day long hiatus. While it does fall on me, for not checking, I feel a pop up warning would mean a lot to your players as it will save large amounts of wasted time with the current housing system in place. To put it simply, instead of the error message you get when you get lucky enough to hit the placard at the right time, a pop up message if the character has items held by the caretaker.
