If I'm remembering correct, the two songs that play in that cutscene are Forever Lost (1st part up until the dialogue choice with alpha, think this is the one you're looking for), and then the instrumental version of Revolutions after the dialogue choice.

I on the other hand am trying to find the BGM for the Duty leading up to the fight with Zenos the first time. Its used a few times for Duty quests but I can't find it to save my life. -
