Hi everyone. I just wanted to share this and put it up as a suggestion for something to do on other servers as well, if you're interested.
A friend on Saronia started with a blog post to organize an event where people could gather together and attack the beastmen strongholds in order to gain the "Bane of the Tribes" Achievement. At the designated time on a Sunday night, anyone and everyone was welcome regardless of LS or class.
Word spread, and in all we had 56 people -- 7 full parties. Each party had a tank, attackers, and healers. And we literally stormed all 3 strongholds together.
It was kind of crazy with so many people, but it sure was epic!
Each party took turns claiming the Bosses at each stronghold, and everyone supported each attack. We all got our achievements and some great pictures and memories as well.

looks like a well planned event. 56 people seems like alot for the strongholds though. we were able to get the natalan and kobold complete with 7 people though. we did wind up needing 8 for the amaljah.
it is good to see that many people working together for a goal. it'd be really nice if they did put some events in the game after the servers are taken care of that actually needed multiple parties to complete. -

56 people was excessive and you definitely don't need that many to clear the strongholds... but it sure was fun. ^^
It was a nice way to meet people who I had never interacted with before.
Depending on how many people there are, it might be better to split into 2 groups and attack different targets or go in 2 waves. But seeing so many people rushing into the strongholds was pretty amazing. -
