[PlayStation®4 version] Known Issues (Sep. 4, 5) (Updated:Sep. 18, 9:45 pm PDT)
We have confirmed the following issues on the PlayStation®4 version after the migration to the PlayStation®4 patch system performed on Sep. 3, 2018 (PDT) / Sep. 4, 2018 (GMT/BST).

- Unable to enter anything in the contact/report text box or view past contact history.
*Update Sep. 5, 2018 3:55 a.m. (PDT) / 10:55 (GMT) / 11:55 (BST):
This issue was addressed in the emergency maintenance which took place on Sep. 5, 2018 from 12:00 a.m. to 2:45 a.m. (PDT) / 7:00 to 9:45 (GMT) / 8:00 to 10:45 (BST). We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your understanding.
- Copyright information is missing from screenshots taken in-game.

Because this issue requires a client update, it is planned to be addressed in Patch 4.4 on Sep. 18.
- Sound does not play in the login screen.

The issue of copyright information missing from screenshots taken in-game, as well as the issue of sound not playing in the login screen were addressed in the maintenance which occurred from Sep. 17, 2018 3:00 a.m. to Sep. 18, 2018 3:00 a.m. (PDT) / Sep. 17, 2018 10:00 to Sep. 18, 2018 10:00 (GMT) / Sep. 17, 2018 11:00 to Sep. 18, 2018 11:00 (BST).
