pls help! i cant use my seals!

So i have about 6k flame seals, and when i approach the flame dude woh sells items for seals and i try to buy a certain item that costs 1600 seals, he says that i do not have enough seals for the item, and i tried everything it just wont work.anyone

What rank do you have in the Grand Company? You might be trying to purchase something beyond your current rank value.
Or, Did you happen to change Grand companies? For example, you switched to Malestrom, your Flame seals while still recorded become un-usable. On a GC switch, your rank resets and you have to rank it up all the way up again.

alright thanx, i havnt noticed i need a certain rank, could you tell me how can i find out what rank do i need for a specific item?

Its divided into categories: Enlistee, Petty Officer, Officer. Each category expands on what you can purchase. You'll just need to look it up on the vendor for which rank you need.

Ah, well those are rewarded by undertaking the Hunt, specifically, the ARR Hunt (both daily and weekly Hunts) - only the Hunt marks on the Huntboard in each Grand Company HQ reward them though, the Hunts for Heavenswardand Stormblood reward a different kind of currency (Centurio Seals).
