Error i2501
Finally got my account back after 2 years! Legacy char - in game since beta 1.0
Got a permanent error i2501 and no one ever didnt help me from support!
About a week ago i send a new ticket again and they asked try to pay after 24 hours and voila! Miracle happend!
Somehow i cant pay or buy or do any things on Mogstation without VPN, with VPN everything cool.
After 24 hours i finally bougth crysta and paid for game
Then i hapilly bougth a SB but activating code give me i2501
I though if ill wait maybe this help
I waited another 24 hour and a little more and activated SB code using LTE on my phone becase as i said i cant use my PC because they marked it or i dont know XD
Since 2 years passed i got another acc/char and FC and friends so i decide to transfer this old char on EU datacenter to my new friends
And again got i2501 error using VPN
then i waited more then 24 hour and tried again with LTE - nothing
Then again after 48 hour - nothing again, still i2501
But i added my Mastercard and they even took money for additional retainer!
Why they just dont want take money for transfer directly from card i attached, like sub and retainer!

I send about 4 reply and all info with screenshots
I dont know if replies pushes back ticket but i didnt got any response for a week, only firts time, when they ask me to wait 24 hours and try again
